My review cannot fully portray how excellent Dr. Webster and his staff treated me today and fully resolved my ingrown toenail. Around 6 months ago, I visited a different podiatrist who removed my ingrown toenail. for various reasons, It was the most painful operation of my life, and the root cause was not addressed, so my ingrown toe nail quickly grew back. Fast forward to today, my visit with Dr. Webster was absolutely fantastic. Dr Webster and his entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and made me feel very comfortable. The person who welcomes new patients helped me sign in and update my information using a hand-held tablet. Dr. Webster's assistant (Amanda?) was extremely knowledgeable and personable, described the operation as painless, and I was in shock and could not believe this would be possible. But she was absolutely correct. Dr. Webster took the time to explain the procedure and then carefully operated and his work was fantastic; no pain, and the root cause was treated, so that the ingrown toe nail should not grow back. Mickey, another assistant took the time to explain the steps I needed to take at home, to keep my toe in good health and even provided written instructions. I literally cannot say enough great things about Dr. Webster and his staff, thank you for such a wonderful experience today.

I am very pleased at my service with all the staff. Dr. Coleman is very knowledgeable as well as professional. I fractured two of my toes and he gave me sound advice in that it happened in April and I was not aware it had happened. I just thought it was swollen.

Everyone in the office is very professional and caring. Dr .Coleman cares very much about his patients. Always asks how I’m doing and if anything has changed. Very easy and makes sure my ankle is numb before he injects it. Always gives me good advise.

Dr Wang was great, but it was a very long wait to see him. It was clear they were very busy with a full waiting room when I got there. I didn't see the doctor until about an hour after my scheduled appointment. Thank goodness for smartphone chess!

In my many years of Dr’s Appointments ~Waiting rooms~Filling out Paper and Electronic forms~ I notice a difference in the Office of Dr. Amy Herbstrith~ The waiting room is never crowded and the Patients are constantly moving as they come through the door for their Appointments~The Wait time is Not Long After Sign~In~”The Dr. will see you now” is heard often~ signaling why The waiting room is Moving~>On~ Dr.Herbstrith always enters the room with her signature☀️sunshine smile~ making me feel better even when I may be having pain in my feet~ she orders test~ x-rays and scans right there in the office and receives the results within 30 min. ~ to an hour~ explains to me every~ thing that she presented before me and what the plan will be for treatment~ Gives me a unique and personal foot massage and trimming all around my toes~Gives me my homework~ Calls my prescription in to my personal pharmacy and we have a plan to care for my feet helps me on my way to feeling and walking better~I could not ask for a better visit~ Thank you Dr Amy And Your Friendly caring knowledgeable Nurses and Staff~ Mrs. Jeanette G.

Dr. Butler has always made an appointment seem more like a friendly visit. He takes his time, ask questions about you the patient and even better about you the person. If you need someone who won’t rush, believes in having patience and gets to know his patient- then look no longer.

I was very pleased to meet Dr. Butler. Had to wait a while but when he came into the room, it was like he had all day to help me and my husband. He is scheduling me for surgery to fix the problem I am having with a toe on my left foot that the Baptist hospital xrayed and said was not broken. After viewing the xrays taken at his office, Dr. Butler said that it was in fact broken and what he proposed to do to fix it. My husband was impressed with him and intends to see him about an ankle problem that he is having. It was time we'll spent and I know Dr. Butler will help me with the horrible pain that I have been in since the injury with my toe.

All were timely, friendly and professional. Dr. Webster is very knowledgeable in her field betting she is one of the best foot and ankle doctors around . She is the only doctor that found my problem and explained the image on the X-Ray. I would highly recommend Dr. Webster.

Dr. M. Butler is a down to earth guy! He comfort my fears of my procedure and explained to me everything that would take place. Three years later I am back facing other issues, but I feel safe with Dr. M. Butler because he shows me that he care for me as his patient.

Dr butler performed minor surgery on my foot several years ago. When I experienced a recent problem, he was my go-to guy. New location is great.

I’ve been a runner most of my life and took my feet for granted. I developed plantar warts on the bottoms of my feet, which made it painful to walk. Dr. Butler is my first experience with a podiatrist. He not only put me at ease, but explained the condition and then treated me with minor scraping and applied salicylic acid. The doctor answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns about reoccurrence and put me at ease. Dr. Murray is a kind, knowledgeable and compassionate person who happens to be a doctor. Customer Service was nice and friendly. My appointment was at 1010am I arrived at 945am. I did all my paperwork online and only had show my IS and insurance cards. I was seen at 1010am by assistant, she got me comfortable and said Dr. Coleman would be in shortly. He came in 8 minutes later, friendly and kind. He asked my concerns, diagnosed them told what need to done. We had a friendly conversation he gave me a prescription and I was out of there in 20 minutes. I would certainly recommend Dr. Coleman.
